the leaves don't know if they have to stay green or turn yellow
a soft breeze washes the warmth of the sun over my face
autumn is here but summer isn't quite gone yet
walking through my neighbourhood this afternoon
i realized how quiet i've been these past days
i also realized that this is what i need right now
silence
silence and movies and books
i watched 'When Harry met Sally' tonight.
for the very first time
and i wondered why on earth I haven't seen that movie before
but i guess i wouldn't have liked it they way i did
if i had seen it any other time
and i read this book
which had left me kind of wondering
and filled with inspiration too
life's a funny thing
