today i crave
to be 16 again,
to plunge myself into a great adventure like i did back then
(like writing fulltime isn't a big enough adventure...)
to go out and dance
to stay up late
to decorate my home with garlands
to go against all the rules
to dress up
to read fairy tales
to draw
to cycle in the summer sun
to travel anywhere anytime
to love
to hold
